I know I go on about how people here do not steal, but these photos are of a small local garden centre. The plants and pots are arranged on both sides of the footpath and at night this is not a very busy street. It would have been so easy just to pick up anything and walk off.Not so far from here was a brick and tile plant and again all the stuff was just outside on the foot path. It is not the fear of punishment that stops people stealing, but a deep sense of shame.
